Cement - Portland
From $85.00- $175.00 / tons

Composition: Tricalcium silicate (C3S) Dicalcium silicate (C2S) Tricalcium aluminate (C3A) Tetracalcium aluminoferrite (C4AF) Manufacturing Process:this cement is produced by grinding clinker, which is a mixture of limestone, clay, and other minerals, along with a small amount of gypsum. The clinker is heated in a kiln at high temperatures (around 1450°C or 2642°F) and then finely ground to obtain a fine powder. We have different types available Type I: General purpose cement suitable for most construction applications. Type II: Cement with moderate heat of hydration, suitable for projects with moderate sulfate exposure. Type III: High early strength cement that develops strength rapidly, ideal for cold weather conditions or when early form removal is desired. Type IV: Low heat of hydration cement, used in large concrete structures to reduce heat generation during curing. Type V: High sulfate-resistant cement suitable for environments with high sulfate levels, such as marine structures or areas with soil containing sulfates. Applications: This cement is used in various construction applications, including: Concrete production for foundations, floors, sidewalks, and structural elements. Mortar for masonry work, such as bricklaying and stone installations. Grout for filling gaps between tiles or reinforcing structures. Stucco and render for exterior wall finishes. Pre-cast concrete products like pipes, panels, and blocks.
