There are two methods of financing currently offered through the ATEX platform, please see below for more information and eligibility criteria.
(1) For direct financing from Afreximbank please note the Standard Lending Criteria and documents required below:
Annual Turnover of at least US$10mn
Have 3-year audited financials
Have a Net Asset Value/Total Equity of at least US$2mn
Financing amount of a minimum of US$5mn
Identity documents of the directors or significant beneficial owners
Last 3 years audited financial statements
Business license
